Perhaps you’ve watched Indiana Jones many times on TV. Now it’s high time to try this on your beloved Nintendo Wii. So to cut a long story short the plot refers to 1939, a year after the events of the third Indiana movie. Having started in San Francisco, we set off to search for a staff of Moses and certainly we are going to play tricks on the Nazis.
I should say that the plot has been designed in the classic style of the movie trilogy. In this case you’ll see absurd scenes and heroic ways.
Of course you want me to tell a couple of words about graphics. Our adventure will “run” on the Euphoria engine of the 2006 release. In general I can say that you’ll like the picture. You’ll be delighted by bright colors, good lighting and shadows. As for the key characters they are also developed easily recognizable. But at the same time other characters aren’t so good to my great regret. This refers to Germans, Yakuza and so on. Levels have been made rather tastefully in my opinion. I think you’ll be satisfied with temples, tropical forests and cities.
A for music in this case you can enjoy a branded audio theme by LucasArts. Each level is accompanied by a corresponding background music, which does not cause irritation and even creates a pleasant atmosphere in my opinion. Characters have good voices but at the same time I think that they could much better. Emotion is not practicable in general. The same refers to sounds of shooting, falling stones, roar of the engine and everything else. It is a pity, but it could be really better.
It might seem from some reviews that the game play looks very “explosive”, but in fact it is not so. Keep in mind that first of all we’ll have adventures and correspondently hardcore would be in inappropriate in this case.
Each level is divided into standard stages. They are intro with brief tutorials or background materials, analysis and solution of puzzles and pugilism, absurd or heroic situations with spectacular endings. Everything is like in movies. In such a way every level is done. When we start to fall asleep on the crawl on the temple and solve the puzzle, we are presented with an explosive “Makhach” or fire and it defuses the situation without allowing the player to sleep and rightly so. In addition to standard fighting techniques we can use the environment and more effectively knock out the enemies sometimes even before the match. You can throw a stone on his head or do many other “unfriendly” things. In general it’s a pretty good game. I’m sure that you’ll be delighted by it. Enjoy it!
